In winter, the tendency of foot cracking is seen in almost everyone. If you keep your ankles clean at all times, you can get rid of this problem a lot. While taking a bath, gently rub the ankle with Jhama stone to remove the dead skin from the feet. Then wipe the feet and apply glycerin or petroleum jelly.
The condition of hands and feet becomes very bad due to sun and dust all day long. But you can easily bring back the lost radiance and softness by spending only 20 minutes at night at the end of the day. Cut a fresh lemon and rub it on your hands and feet. Then soak your hands and feet in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt per liter for 10-15 minutes. If you want, you can also give a little shampoo in water. Gently rub hands and feet with a major.
